gatsby glam - the story of christie and jesse

From our first phone conversation, I knew that Christie and Jesse were going to be mine :) Well, I hoped they would be! She was incredibly sweet and loved my style, he was funny and charismatic and it was pretty obvious to me that he would do anything to make his bride-to-be happy. So I was over the moon when they said "yes" to becoming a Leintz couple and even more so after our chat over happy hour cocktails. These two are the "it" couple. They're the ones everyone wants to be around. Their love for each other just kind of radiates everywhere! And it was clear on their wedding day that I'm not the only one that sees it.

Christie was a mix of Grecian goddess and Gatsby glam on the big day. Her Watters gown was obviously made for her statuesque figure, highlighted with delicate beading and soft, semi-transparent tool. Her headpiece from Brides and Hairpins was the perfect sparkling accent on top of her loose, golden waves. The florals for the big day were EPIC. Alexis Grace designed an epic art-deco feeling space in the reception hall, filled with massive tall clear vases, palm fronds and elephant ear leaves!

Jesse and the boys were decked out in classic black and white tuxes from Generation Tux, which also felt oh-so F. Scott!

The ceremony was beautiful on the lawn of the JW Marriott at Starr Pass and the grounds of the resort were a photographers dream!

But the most memorable moments of the night, for me and probably all their guests, were at the amazing, over-the-top reception. Complete with a black wedding cake, sparkler candles, and a confetti canon, the musical geniuses at SKM entertainment topped off a truly remarkable wedding. Christie, Jesse, let's do it all again!!!! I love you guys and am so, so grateful you chose me to capture your big day. Congrats a thousand times over! Enjoy your happily ever after!
